If you and your child use jabble.co.uk you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Jabble Ltd owns all rights to jabble.co.uk and any material that appears on the site, such as games, avatars, logos, designs, graphics, pictures, images, text and including intellectual property rights. All such rights of Jabble Ltd are hereby asserted and reserved, and you may not make any unauthorised use of the content or infringe intellectual property rights. Which means you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, display, distribute, sell, licence or develop derivative works based upon jabble.co.uk or exploit the content for your own use.

We have developed a set of rules for using jabble.co.uk to ensure that the Website is a safe and secure website for you and your child(ren) to use. If we believe you or your child have violated the jabble.co.uk rules, behaved inappropriately or have otherwise broken the law, we reserve the right to terminate Your and your child’s account. We also reserve the right to moderate any and all submissions via the instant messaging and email services and remove or refuse to post any submissions that are deemed to break the jabble.co.uk rules.
a) Respect other jabble.co.uk users
We expect your child to respect others on jabble.co.uk and not to bully, use offensive language or take actions that may upset or make others feel uncomfortable. Your child must not submit anything on the site that is mean, illegal or might hurt someone's feelings, this covers terms such as "unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, violent, rude, harassing, or otherwise improper content". You also agree that you or your child will not submit content with a commercial purpose (such as offers to sell products or services, or attempts to solicit funds or advertise products or services).
b) Third Party Infringements
It is important to note that you or your child can't include anything on the Website that infringes the rights of a third party, such as a trademark, copyright, patent or intellectual property. Also your child must not try to register their online Avatar under someone else's name such as "Katy Perry" or "Barbie", since many of these names are covered by copyright and trademarks and using them would infringe their rights.
c) Keep Personal Information Secure
It is important that your child does not use or share their real name on Jabble. When they join jabble.co.uk they are asked to create an Avatar, an online face that will represent them when they are communicating with other Jabble members. They should be encouraged to use a nickname that is not their real name. Please explain to them that they must never share their real name or give out their personal information about themselves to another person. However, when they are registering to use the Website, they must be truthful and provide accurate information about their name, age and your details.
d) Be Considerate
Your child should follow the rules and be considerate to other children who are using the Website. The rules and security measures are in place to make jabble a safe and secure place for your child to chat and play games. Please encourage your child to not try to get around the security measures we have implemented, or take over someone else's online Avatar or pretend to be them.

When you and your child create a jabble account, you understand and agree that the online presence they create (Avatar) is created by content provided to your child by Jabble Ltd and that Jabble Ltd continues to own that material. We provide and maintain jabble.co.uk for personal use and on an "as is" and "available" basis. We cannot promise that the Website will always be available to access your account, your child’s account or avatar or other information on the Website. In addition, Jabble Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of you of your child's use of jabble.co.uk, or any information, materials or other items, you downloaded or obtained from us, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages, whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Jabble Ltd and Jabble Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation.
In the future we reserve the right to include advertising from Third Parties on jabble.co.uk. All advertisers will be carefully vetted to ensure their products and services are suitable for members. These adverts may contain links to third party websites, which we are unable to control, once you or child have left jabble.co.uk. Therefore you should review any Third Party website's terms and conditions, privacy policies and other disclosures before interacting with those Third Parties.
